Simplii Login Page – UX Copy Redesign
A focused UX copy project improving clarity, trust, and accessibility in Simplii’s login experience. Small wording changes, big usability impact.
Context
Simplii’s login screen felt robotic and confusing. Phrases like “Sign on” and long technical messages increased cognitive load.
Role
UX Designer — My goal was to make the experience clearer and more human, while keeping a trustworthy financial tone.
Duration

Key Problems
- Uncommon language (“Sign on” vs “Log in”)
- Overloaded error messages
- No clear next steps
- Poor readability on small screens
Copy Improvements

- ✅ Faster error recovery
- ✅ More approachable and human tone
- ✅ Maintained financial credibility
- ✅ Reduced cognitive load & 20% faster error recovery. (Est.)
Reflection
This project reminded me how much words shape trust in digital banking.
Writing less, but meaning more — that’s what UX copywriting is all about.
